Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation
Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality issues while building dashboards and analytics solutions
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure reliable data infrastructure and support automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
Minimum of 2 years in data modeling and experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms
Experience with data pipeline automation tools and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development
