Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and data structures for People Analytics initiatives
Monitor and resolve data quality issues while supporting reporting and analytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data solutions and contribute to automation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience with SQL and 3 years with Python
Experience in data modeling and building production-ready data structures
Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
Experience with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
