Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines for People Analytics initiatives
Monitor and resolve data quality issues while building dashboards and analytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structured and reliable data solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
Minimum of 2 years in data modeling and experience with Snowflake or similar platforms
Experience with data automation tools and workflow orchestration
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
