Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines for People Analytics
Monitor data quality and workflow issues, implementing automated testing
Build analytics solutions and dashboards using internal tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience with complex queries and ETL solutions
At least 3 years of Python experience for building and automating data pipelines
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
