Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business-layer dbt models for finance teams and validate outputs against NetSuite actuals
• Partner with Finance Analyst to define key financial metrics and serve as a liaison between data and finance
• Maintain the data catalogue and documentation for financial models, ensuring clarity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering with ownership of production models
• Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and complex joins
• Production experience with dbt and familiarity with the revenue data chain
• Experience working with Finance, FP&A, or RevOps teams and understanding of ASC 606
• Proactive approach to data quality and a demonstrated curiosity for upskilling in AI/MCP engineering
