Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support data initiatives at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and applied AI, the full-time Analytics Engineer will build scalable data solutions, enable advanced analytics, and support healthcare data reporting while working remotely from Los Angeles, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts aligned with CMS-driven logic
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and integrate data from various sources
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, for self-service analytics

Required qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering within healthcare or managed care environments
• Proven experience designing and developing analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or Snowflake
• Strong proficiency in SQL for managing large, complex datasets
• Experience using Python for data processing and analytics workflows
