Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic team, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will manage data transformation and analytics workflows, ensuring accurate and reliable metrics for stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and GTM organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and translate stakeholder data needs into clear technical requirements
• Define and manage key data pipelines in dbt to transform raw data into canonical datasets
• Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance analytics workflows, including data exploration and dashboard creation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills for creating accurate and scalable data models
• Experience building multi-step ETL workflows using tools like dbt
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and LLMs for analytics workflows
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and version control tools like GitHub
