Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Analytics Engineer will organize, standardize, and analyze data while developing core data models and providing business-critical insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core data models and datasets to support reporting and advanced analytics
• Build strong relationships to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform data quality assurance to identify and resolve issues across various data sources

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with modern data transformation frameworks like dbt
• Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, R)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
