Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end development of production-grade data models and pipelines, the full-time Analytics Engineer will build and maintain the Compliance Data Mart, ensuring data integrity and supporting regulatory needs while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade data models and pipelines for user, transaction, and compliance data
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity before it reaches downstream reports
• Support regulatory exams and audits by providing accurate and timely data while automating manual workflows

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining production data pipelines and data models, with proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and modern warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Experience in implementing data quality frameworks, including validation logic and monitoring
• Ability to support high-stakes data needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Proven track record of converting manual workflows into documented infrastructure
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency
