Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Analytics Platform team, the remote Analytics Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data products that transform complex healthcare data into analytics-ready datasets, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational reporting and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models in dbt for Pharmacy Benefit Management and care navigation ecosystems
• Implement automated data quality checks and establish documentation standards to ensure data reliability and transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data products and continuously optimize data models and warehouse performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, or data warehousing
• Strong experience with dbt and advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Dagster
• Understanding of dimensional modeling and scalable data architecture principles
