Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Analytics Engineer will organize, standardize, and analyze data to deliver critical reporting and insights, working remotely while collaborating with various teams to enhance Guild's analytical efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core data models and curated datasets for reporting and analytics
• Build strong relationships across teams to understand business and operational needs
• Perform in-depth data quality assurance by investigating and resolving data issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining data models for various use cases
• Hands-on experience with modern data transformation frameworks like dbt
• Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Highly skilled in SQL and familiar with a scripting language like Python or R
