Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To lead the development of data-driven products that enhance decision-making across the organization, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will manage the full analytics lifecycle, collaborating with IT and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources, partnering with IT to build scalable data models
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and support decision-making for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Science, or equivalent experience of at least 5 years in analytics or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated results driving improvements using data and analytics methodologies
• Relevant work experience in analytics is required
• Experience with Databricks is highly preferred
