Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Data Solutions team, the full-time remote Staff Analytics Engineer will build and maintain the core Analytics layer in the data warehouse, define scalable data architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain teams to implement a hub & spoke data architecture
• Develop complex business logic in SQL for the core Analytics layer of the data warehouse
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to team members while ensuring scalability across the platform

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and/or Data Engineering roles
• 4+ years of experience with developing data modeling strategies
• 3+ years of experience developing in dbt
• Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to interpret and optimize queries
• Bachelor's degree in an advanced quantitative field or equivalent experience
