Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between data analysis and engineering, the full-time Analytics Engineer will transform raw data into reliable datasets, build data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data models for analytical and operational use cases
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes to transform raw data into usable formats
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to understand data needs and deliver high-quality data solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and schema design
• Experience with ELT tools and data pipeline frameworks, preferably DBT
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
