Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming complex datasets into clean, validated tables, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will develop scalable data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to ensure a reliable data warehouse serves as the company's "single source of truth."

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data models using dbt / Coalesce to create production-ready schemas
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics to align technical architecture with business logic and reporting needs
• Implement automated testing and observability frameworks to uphold data integrity and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a technical Data Analyst role
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, focusing on efficient and maintainable code
• Hands-on experience with dbt / Coalesce and modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Familiarity with Git, pull request workflows, and command-line interfaces
