Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise customers in activating Hightouch's Agentic CDP, the remote Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer will analyze and translate complex marketing reports, ensuring accurate and reliable data exploration while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Scope difficult reporting questions and align them with core business decisions
• Audit and translate complex customer marketing reports into reusable frameworks within Hightouch's aCDP
• Design and document the semantic context layer to maintain report consistency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in SQL with experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks
• Extensive background in building or dissecting BI reports and understanding marketing analytics
• Ability to create structured, contextualized data formats for reliable querying
• Strong communication skills for training non-technical stakeholders and presenting findings
• Knowledge of modern data stacks and marketing technology infrastructure
