Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the data structure and analytics processes, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will design, build, and maintain data models and reporting tools while collaborating with engineering and product teams to meet analytics needs for both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and views in Looker/Observable for customer-facing and internal analytics
• Partner with engineering to create polished data views and define necessary metrics with Product and Customer Success teams
• Manage the analytics stack and data infrastructure, ensuring effective data flow and reporting across systems

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with end-to-end ownership of projects
• Proven expertise in SQL and strong data modeling fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker or Observable
• Experience with data warehouses and product analytics tools such as BigQuery and PostHog
• Track record of building internal and customer-facing dashboards and reporting
