Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the technological infrastructure for upcoming elections, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will clean, repackage, and build data pipelines to ensure reliable data for decision-making, while collaborating with a diverse team of product managers and data professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and validate data pipelines for early voting and vendor data in preparation for the 2026 midterms
- Build and support core data products that transform raw data into actionable insights for campaign strategists and organizers
- Enhance data observability through the use of data contracts, SLAs, and automated testing to ensure reliability at scale
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of industry experience in data engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
- Familiarity with tools like DBT or Airflow for building and maintaining production workflows
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and GCS
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
