Job Summary
As a full-time remote Analytics Engineer, the successful candidate will lead the technical architecture of a semantic and metrics layer, manage data governance infrastructure, and oversee self-service analytics platform operations, all while driving performance optimization and ensuring platform health.

- Manage core governance infrastructure and maintain data access policies and compliance

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Five plus years of experience in data engineering or platform engineering with ownership of production data infrastructure
- Deep experience tuning Amazon Redshift for performance and query optimization
- Experience administering a data catalog or governance platform such as Atlan or similar
- Experience with enterprise BI or self-service analytics platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
