Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on building and maintaining data foundations, the full-time Analytics Engineer will write SQL, design Power BI reports, and ensure data quality while collaborating remotely with operations, sales, and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Write, tune, and maintain performant SQL to transform raw data into clean, well-documented models
- Design and build Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards that are accurate and user-friendly
- Partner with various teams to translate business questions into actionable data models and reporting
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and data modeling
- Experience with Power BI, including building data models and DAX measures
- A builder's mindset focused on accuracy and documentation for non-technical users
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
