Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making across the organization, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data products, lead investigations into complex business questions, and enhance the company's data capabilities through self-service analytics and AI integration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-priority investigations to turn ambiguous data into actionable recommendations
- Create dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure data quality and accessibility by building reliable data pipelines and models
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a technical analytics role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar frameworks for building production models
- Proficiency in using AI tools for coding, analysis, and validation of outputs
- Experience in structuring data and providing context for AI systems to ensure accurate responses
- Strong software engineering practices, including Git, code review, and documentation
