Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will architect scalable analytics platforms, develop predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and optimize enterprise-grade analytical data models using dbt Core/Cloud and complex SQL
- Develop scalable pipelines to process large volumes of healthcare datasets, improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Design and automate production-grade orchestration frameworks, implementing real-time monitoring and alerting systems
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data roles with mastery in SQL, dbt, and Python
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with cloud data environments like Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Dagster or Airflow
- Strong understanding of data governance and analytics pipeline management
