Analytics Engineer, Payments

Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of money transfers, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer, Payments will analyze transaction data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in disbursement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze transaction data to identify inefficiencies and improve disbursement processes
• Collaborate with Disbursements, Operations, and Product Managers to ensure fast and cost-effective transactions
• Measure and report on payment rails and transaction routing KPIs to enhance product reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst; 3+ years in Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, or Remittances
• 2-3+ years of experience measuring payment rails and transaction routing KPIs
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker; DBT proficiency is essential
• Proactive startup mindset with a bias towards action and problem-solving
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
