Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation
• Maintain data models, views, and transformations in Snowflake/dbt
• Build dashboards and analytics solutions while ensuring data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
• Minimum of 2 years in data modeling and building production-ready data structures
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern data engineering tools
