Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation
- Monitor data quality, implement automated testing, and resolve workflow issues
- Build dashboards and analytics solutions to support People Analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
- Experience with data modeling and building production-ready data structures
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
- Experience with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
