Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation
Monitor data pipelines and resolve quality or workflow issues proactively
Build dashboards and analytics solutions while supporting day-to-day reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
Minimum of 2 years in data modeling and experience with Snowflake or similar platforms
Experience with data pipeline automation and workflow orchestration tools
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
