Job Summary
Leading a team focused on GTM Data Science and Analytics, the remote Analytics Executive Director will define the analytics roadmap, oversee data governance, and translate complex business questions into actionable insights for senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy
- Define the analytics roadmap to support business planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making
- Build executive-level reporting and measurement frameworks to enhance visibility into go-to-market performance
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or go-to-market strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple analytics and data disciplines
- Strong track record of translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Experience in building executive-level reporting and decision-support capabilities in complex organizations
- Background in customer data strategy, data governance, or master data management is highly valued
