Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analytics Lead (Wholesaler).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of two analysts and ensure efficient collaboration between Direct Supply and analytics teams
- Optimize team workflows and improve the efficiency of analytical tasks
- Develop methods to evaluate Lifetime Value (LTV) and build a prioritization system for onboarding hotels and apartments
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics and 1+ years of team management experience
- Proven experience in team management and mentoring
- Proficiency in SQL for data processing
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau for data visualization
- Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of statistical methods
