Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Lead to oversee the architecture, design, and development of analytics solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the analytics lead for Business Intelligence implementations, designing data models and dashboards
• Transform complex business requirements into user-centered, impactful dashboards
• Manage analytics engagements, mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with Data Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics space with leadership experience in consulting
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Sigma
• Understanding of Data Modeling best practices and data pipeline governance
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or other ETL tools
• Experience with the transition from traditional BI to AI-driven analytics
