Analytics Lead

Job Summary

As an Analytics Lead, the full-time remote position will drive analytic support and insights across the Omnichannel vertical, managing relationships with Retail, Restaurant, and Agency partnerships while leveraging extensive knowledge in client support and data analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all partners within a designated sub-vertical
• Independently manage senior-level partner inquiries and lead analytic engagement during client calls
• Manipulate data using SQL to craft compelling narratives and insights for stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, Restaurant, and/or CPG Insights and client support
• Proven experience leading and managing analytic engagements with sales teams
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and strategic thinking
• Experience representing analytics teams in cross-functional settings
