Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Lead, LCT Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Scope and implement critical analyses to deepen understanding of provider performance
Develop an analytics roadmap aligning LCT program priorities with stakeholders
Manage day-to-day operations, including data analysis and performance escalations

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably in healthcare
Extensive experience in data analysis using Google Sheets or Excel
Prior experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or SQL
Experience building Tableau dashboards
Strong project management skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams
