Analytics Lead
Job Summary
To oversee the design and implementation of enterprise business intelligence solutions, the full-time Analytics Lead will manage offshore development teams, optimize data products, and engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scalable and secure architecture within Power BI and Tableau ecosystems
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead User Acceptance Testing
- Direct offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project objectives
Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Tableau (Calculated Fields, LODs)
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with enterprise data warehouses
- Minimum of 2-3 years managing distributed or offshore delivery teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
- Proven experience in implementing platform-level security policies
