Job Summary
To enhance customer support experiences, the fully remote Analytics Lead for Safety Reporting will manage the analytical integrity of safety data, serve as the primary liaison for external data audits, and develop scalable processes for decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the analytical integrity of safety data, setting definitions and inclusion criteria
- Serve as the primary data liaison to external auditors, ensuring clarity and quality of safety data
- Develop frameworks and scalable processes to drive decision-making and prioritize safety reporting initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including 2+ years in the trust and safety domain
- Demonstrated ownership of data used in external filings, transparency reports, or audits
- Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or engineering; advanced degrees preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and synthesis from large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements
