Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of data analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Drive cross-functional analytics initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and inform strategic decision-making
• Establish and promote best practices in analytics engineering, ensuring high data quality and availability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in progressive roles
• Experience leading analytics teams and leveraging data for impactful decision-making
• Technical proficiency in statistical analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL
• Graduate degree in business, finance, marketing, statistics, computer science, applied math, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a high-growth environment, particularly in digital healthcare, is a plus
