Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager to drive data disbursement and innovation within their Medicare business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small full-stack analytics engineering team to transform raw data into actionable reports and datasets
• Collaborate with health plan clients and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities
• Drive best practices in analytics engineering to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality reports and scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with health plans and PBMs
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or related fields, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Python, dbt, and SQL, with experience using BigQuery as a data warehouse
• Professional experience with Looker
• Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP
