Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager - SQL (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and release of new functionalities in the Analytics system
• Lead and mentor the Analytics team while ensuring timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project statuses and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of software development leadership experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• 4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2019 or newer preferred)
• Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics using data mining techniques
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent
• Knowledge of healthcare claims analytics and data warehousing is a plus
