Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager - SQL (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and release of new functionalities in the Analytics system
• Lead and mentor the Analytics team while overseeing multiple cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of software development leadership experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• 4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS), preferably version 2019 or newer
• Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics, particularly in healthcare claims analytics
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering and complex SQL Server-based systems development
