Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager - SQL (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and release of new functionality in the Analytics system
• Oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and communication with stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the Analytics team, providing guidance on system analysis, design, and development

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of software development leadership experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• 4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2019 or newer preferred)
• Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics, particularly in health care claims analytics
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent
• Knowledge of data mapping, extraction, and business requirements gathering
