Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager to shape the roadmap and execution of internal and external reporting data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for insights and reporting data products
• Conduct discovery interviews with healthcare clients to understand data needs
• Design and build embedded analytics for customer-facing applications

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or related fields
• Strong experience with dbt and Metabase (or similar BI tools)
• Familiarity with analytics data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Proven ability to translate business questions into scalable data models
• Healthcare data experience is a plus
