Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager who supports data management and infrastructure for the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create queries to transform and extract large data sets for visualization
• Develop expertise in metric definitions to ensure accurate interpretation of business metrics
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify root causes of performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Advanced SQL skills required
• 6+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or related fields
• Working knowledge of relational database architecture and visualization programs
