Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Strong leadership and visionary abilities
• Experience with descriptive statistical techniques and analytical approaches
• Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning is preferred
