Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics - Business Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an analytics partner to Client Services teams, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting delivery
• Coach and develop team members while managing workloads and establishing clear expectations
• Conduct data analysis to generate insights that inform client strategy and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Tableau for dashboards and visualizations
• Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
