Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives that drive business insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and/or analytics engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Define and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with strategic goals
• Oversee data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and advanced analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles
• At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
• Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Teradata, or similar)
