Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Analytics to lead a team of analysts while engaging in hands-on analytical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, ensuring high analytical quality and fostering a collaborative culture
• Conduct complex analyses, design experiments, and maintain critical dashboards while serving as a resource for senior stakeholders
• Shape the analytics roadmap, identify opportunities for data-driven decisions, and define best practices for team processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analytical work independently while mentoring others
• Background in product, strategy, or growth analytics preferred; experience in fintech or high-growth startups is a plus
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in building data models and dashboards
• Experience coaching analysts and effectively communicating complex findings to diverse audiences
