Job Summary

To support the Growth Analytics team, the full-time Analytics Manager will develop reporting and insights focused on customer activation and retention, conduct analyses to optimize customer experience, and partner with various teams to define key metrics, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and own reporting and insights focused on customer activation and retention
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for optimizing customer experience and inform business strategy
  • Build automated reports and dashboards to evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, data, or analytics role, preferably in consumer technology
  • Expert experience in SQL and building data abstractions; experience with dbt is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Lightdash, Mode, or Looker
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred
  • Self-starter with a passion for using data to drive impact for customers and the business
