Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Transforming complex healthcare data into clear insights, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will design reporting systems and present findings to external stakeholders, directly influencing partner experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and automate reliable reporting systems to streamline data insights for partners
- Present compelling data stories to external stakeholders, enhancing partner relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate needs and support internal client success and sales teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Product, or Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with health plans and healthcare analytics, including payer and health-system reporting
- Advanced technical skills with data stacks (SQL, dbt, Airflow) and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex)
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence strategy across cross-functional teams
