Job Summary

Driving data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will manage analytical functions across core business areas, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to support growth, product development, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses address the right questions
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights
• Collaborate with teams to present recommendations and drive outcomes based on data findings

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence leadership decisions
