Job Summary

Working remotely or in Washington D.C., the full-time salaried Analytics Manager will manage data analysis and reporting projects, create client-facing materials, and mentor junior analysts to drive data-driven decision-making across various client sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze polling data and present findings in clear reports to clients and stakeholders
• Build data infrastructure, including calculators and visualizations, to support analytical solutions
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering their professional growth and project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a statistical background or 3+ years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with data visualization tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large projects independently
• Experience in creating reports and using business intelligence tools like GIS or Tableau
• Ability to tackle broad, open-ended questions and analyze data under tight deadlines
