Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support the Finance Transformation, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will utilize advanced analytics and strategic thinking to evaluate business performance, identify transformation opportunities, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial and non-financial analytical capabilities to derive critical business insights
• Manage cross-functional analytics projects, collaborating with business leaders to analyze data and present key insights
• Support the design and buildout of a sustainable platform for workforce transformation and business case development

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in coding (R, Python, SQL) and experience with data modeling and visualization tools
• Experience in statistical/mathematical modeling and working with structured and unstructured data sets
• Familiarity with automating data workflows and developing analytical dashboards
• Understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry and experience in data science or analytics
