Analytics Manager

Job Summary

As part of the Insights team, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will manage data analysis and reporting, create client-facing materials, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists to inform data-driven decisions across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze polling data to uncover trends and insights, and produce clear reports to communicate findings
• Build crosstabs detailing audience demographics and survey respondent groups
• Present analytical findings to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a statistical background or 2+ years of experience in data analysis and report building
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as GIS, Tableau, or similar
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Familiarity with spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Ability to manipulate data to identify insights and conduct analysis under tight deadlines
